Tom has his MLS from Kent State University’s School of Library and Information Science.  Currently, Tom is the Collection Development and Engagement Librarian at Case Western Reserve University and the Rare Book Librarian for the Cleveland Medical Library Association.

He has worked as both a medical librarian in the Department of Pediatrics at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, and as an Academic Librarian and Department Head at the Kelvin Smith Library at Case Western Reserve University.
